Tasting Notes and Characteristics:

Nobilo Sauvignon Blanc 750ml opens with a crisp, refreshing taste that makes it perfect for warm afternoons or lively gatherings. With an ABV of 13%, this wine is crafted in New Zealand’s Marlborough region, where cool coastal breezes and abundant sunshine help the grapes develop vibrant character. The production process emphasizes gentle handling and stainless steel fermentation to preserve the wine’s natural brightness and aromatic intensity.

On the palate, Nobilo Sauvignon Blanc bursts with flavors of ripe citrus, passionfruit, and hints of freshly cut grass. Its zesty acidity and clean finish make it an excellent match for tangy goat cheese or briny oysters, enhancing both the creaminess of the cheese and the delicate sweetness of shellfish. This pairing brings out the best in each component, creating a harmonious dining experience that highlights the wine’s lively fruit profile.
