Tasting Notes and Characteristics:

The first sip of Bacardi Black 1L wraps you in a velvety embrace, its deep mahogany hue hinting at the rich layers within. Crafted in Puerto Rico, this rum delivers a bold 40.00% ABV that carries notes of sweet molasses, dried plum, and toasted oak, balanced by subtle hints of tropical spice and smoky caramel. Its robust character stands up beautifully alongside barbecued ribs, where the charred meat draws out the rum’s dark fruit undertones, or with a square of dark chocolate that highlights its lingering cocoa finish. Bacardi Black is aged in heavily charred oak barrels to achieve its signature depth and complexity—a true celebration of Caribbean craftsmanship in every pour.
